Although it is common place in our industry, we do not use scanners or other means to solicit services. We only arrive on-site if we are invited by an insured or an insured’s representative such as: an insurance agent or an emergency responder.
We Do Not Work With Public Adjusters
Berks ∙ Fire ∙ Water Restorations, Inc.℠ does not work on any restoration projects that are under contract with a Public Adjuster. We believe that more often than not the involvement of a Public Adjuster compromises the process of working with the insured and the insurance carrier when returning the property to pre-loss condition and indemnifying the insured in accordance with the policy.
