Sewage Back-Up Restoration

Commonly Asked Questions

Will the sewage damage be covered by my insurance?

Coverage of a sewage loss is dependent upon the source.  It is not uncommon that sewage losses are included in special endorsements and may be subject to limits of coverage found in the policy.  Municipalities do not have to cover a sewer loss due to limited tort if the back-up is from their side or fault.  Your policy will address coverage and how it will apply to both structure and contents.  A representative from your insurance carrier will be able to answer any questions that you have regarding coverage.  As a certified restoration firm, Berks • Fire • Water Restorations, Inc.℠ works with you and your insurance company to make the process as smooth as possible.
